About The Strategy

Facebook has very strict ad policies, especially concerning medical and physical appearance. Promoting this product required careful planning and individualistic methods particularly when forming ad creatives. The client’s confidence in their product along with the proper education of customer lifetime value (as it’s a subscription-based product) provided us with an amazing offer.

While the e-commerce infrastructure was being set up, our primary customer acquisition process and qualification was lead gen through social media, followed by “sales call” by an outsourced call center that would further qualify the leads. During the Q4 of 2019, we launched our e-com store, offering more sales avenues.
