Established in 1971, a family-owned and operated business, a place for all your equestrian needs. They offer a range of products including Apparel & Gear, Tack & Equipment, Blankets, Stables, Health Care items, Used Saddles, and Supplements.
Prior to this, the client had never executed any social media campaigns.
About The Strategy
This was a simple 2-step funnel. The majority of the budget was dedicated to the cold audience which targeted a highly niche audience (less than 500,000). We supplemented this effort by retargeting people who already like and engage with the brand, website visitors, and cart abandoners with a 20% off offer. We also offered free in-store pickup, which would encourage more sales.
The client acknowledged our efforts and said for the first
time they ran out of boxes to fulfill shipment. They had to go out and buy more boxes.
